Located in the heart of Belltown, the original Tavolàta is all about the pasta. From Rigatoni to Tonnarelli, Spaghetti to Linguine—we extrude it all fresh daily. Join us at the giant communal table, grab a spot at the bar, or book our private mezzanine for your next gathering. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for, and our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. Caring about the details, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and fostering a positive learning mindset are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
- Current WA State Food Handler Card
- Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy
- Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Self-motivated to grow in their career
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
